Explanation of charges other than product price
- Shipping fee (free shipping for purchases over ¥16,500 including tax)
However, this excludes Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands. - Bank transfer fee
- Cash on delivery fee (only for cash on delivery)
*Bank transfer fees are generally to be borne by the customer.
*Consumption tax is included in all product prices (tax-included price).
Delivery time
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered within 1 week after order acceptance and payment confirmation (limited to our specified payment methods).
For bank transfers, items will be shipped within 5 days after payment confirmation.
If shipping will take longer, we will contact you in advance.
Sales quantity
We may sell a limited quantity of certain products.
Please check each product page.
*Due to shared inventory between online and physical stores, your order may be canceled if we are unable to prepare the product due to a sales discrepancy. We appreciate your understanding.

Payment deadline
For bank transfers, please complete the transfer within 5 days. We will ship after confirming payment.
Please include shipping fees in the transfer amount.
If payment is not confirmed within 5 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
For cash on delivery (Sagawa Express), please pay the delivery person upon product arrival.
Returns
Return deadline and shipping fees
- If there is a defect in the product, please contact us within 5 days of arrival.
- For product damage or defects due to our oversight, we will exchange the item at our expense.
- Returns due to differences in image, customer convenience, or used products will not be accepted.
